Maintenance method of gold electroplating equipment

       Maintenance methods of electroplating equipment:

       1. Rack repair and maintenance
One month after the machine starts production, re-tighten the rail mounting screws and the flat wire hanging rail mounting screws. Clean the exterior of stainless steel columns, walkway railings, hoardings, and sliding doors every 3 months to ensure a neat appearance of the rack.

       2. Repair and maintenance of cranes
Every 600-700 hours, check whether the reducer works normally and whether there is abnormal noise. Check and adjust the tightness of the reducer base every 600-700 hours. In any case, the couplings, gears, and pulleys of the device should not be knocked in with a hammer to avoid damage to the bearings, housings and shafts. Check and debug the braking function of the braking organization every 7000-8000 hours.

       3. Repair and maintenance of shaking tissue
Every 600-700 hours, check whether the reducer works normally and whether there is abnormal noise, and check and adjust the tightness of the reducer base every 1000 hours. Check and debug the braking function of the braking organization every 7000-8000 hours. Check the touch scene of the power cord in the junction box every 7000-8000 hours. If the joint is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time. If the insulation layer of the wire is melted or aged, the power cord should be replaced in time to ensure the insulation between the power cords. .

       4. Repair and maintenance of circulating filtration system
Check the touch scene of the pump motor power cord connector every 1000 hours. If it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time. If the wire is aging, it should be replaced with a new one to ensure good touch and safe insulation, and maintain the motor. Clean or replace the filter element every 10 days to ensure the flow of the filter. The ball valve in front of the flowmeter should be opened and closed slowly, otherwise the rapid collision of the float may cause the glass tube to break. Check the readings of the filter pressure gauge once a day. The pressure gauge is generally not damaged, only when the diaphragm in the pressure gauge seat is perforated, aged and cracked, the liquid medicine directly enters the pressure gauge, and the Bourdon copper tube in the pressure gauge is corroded and damaged, and the diaphragm and pressure gauge need to be replaced at this moment.

       5. Maintenance of other parts
Mainly include: repair and maintenance of tank, repair and maintenance of flying handle and hanger, repair and maintenance of heater, repair and maintenance of cooling coil, repair and maintenance of anode, repair and maintenance of exhaust system, low pressure blower Repair and maintenance of (air mixing) systems.
